Hello to all after a 2 weeks hiatus, cos lao niang have to slogged my head off for the exams.

Anyway, here's my humble food review on Equinox @ Swissotel The Stamford! Was smiling in my sleep the night before as Equinox is listed as No. 2 in my Eating-Places-Which-ChiaHui-Would-Love-To-Go-To-And-Even-Better-If-It's-Free list.

Was told that we have to dress smart formal in order to get in there. But we saw some kids & lao Uncle dressing like they are going to Sentosa leh.

Went with a small portion of my cute maternal family for their Christmas Special High Tea Buffet ($45++ per person), which was from 3-5pm. Not everyone was present cos it's a weekday & not all is as tai-tai as the ones present (including small uncle who have tons of off days to clear), lol. Non-festive high tea buffet cost $35++ per person.

Equinox is located on the 70th level, so we have very nice view though it kinda look the same as when I'm looking from my workplace (which is nearby) on Level 9.

Our table setting.

The drinks station (they serve hot coffee & tea to you too).

The porridge station.

The fried station.

The dessert station.

There's still the chocolate fondue, pizza, bread & non-fried stations which I forgot to take. Excited ma, where got time to take?

My Round 1.

Round 2.

Round 3. Wah got a very beautiful handphone as a backdrop, don't know whose is it.

Round 4.

Round 5 (banana ice-cream & mandrine sorbet).

Ah Gong loves to play with the fondue so much that he kept making it for us, eat until scare ar.

Wine for you to see only, no touch.

All in all, Equinox is a nice place to chill out & what I like most is their good service. Very thoughtful & they clear the plates very fast. Food wise is average but Aunt said that their lunch & dinner buffet is much better. Nice place!
