Back at Harry's Bar again. This time round, it's at the newly renovated Cuppage Terrance for dinner.

Harry's Bar at 6pm.

Harry's Bar at 7pm.

Bacon Cheese Burger ($17) & Chicken Parmigana ($16). The fries and beef patty in the former was exploding with sodium (salt) that I have to overload myself with water. The salad was a surprise though, very refreshing & was a nice change from the usual coleslaw.

But hold on the salt, dude.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There's this half-price promotion for all cakes at Grand Hyatt's Mezza9 after 9.30pm each day. So one fine night, I went with S to dig this cheapo stuff, wahaha.

My choosen cakes were Choclate Mud (U.P.$4.50+), Strawberry Cheesecake (U.P.$6.50+), Tiramisu (U.P.$7+) & Caramel Slice (U.P.$4+). First 2 for myself, the other 2 for my bro as our 2 days worth of breakfast. Total bill came up to $11.80 after discount & the addition of GST.

S bought 2 for himself.

As we were leaving, the nice lady serving us gave us a pack of 3 macarons each. So nice! Usual price is $10+ for 3 leh, really kio tio sia, lol. Best of all, the macarons tasted great, though it's not as good as Canele lah. I won't pay for it, but free? Give em' to me anytime!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hao sms-ed me one night, saying he didn't forget the promise he made to me when his first pay comes after signing on with the army. I was still thinking, "What promise?". Then it hit me that it might be a free meal because I always make people to promise me to buy me meals. But of course they always ignore me lah...except Hao!

不愧是 my friend of 17 years :) Yes, kindergarten friends we are.

I even had the choice to choose the place, as always anyway, lol. So I picked the newly opened Japanese Gourmet Town in Vivocity.

The menu.

He had Plum Sake ($13.80++) while I had Hot Green Tea ($1++), not in picture.

Pork Okso ($11.80++), the reason why I picked this place. I love, love, love this so much~

Grilled Chicken Stick ($4.80++).

Special Made Tsukune Soup Curry ($12.80++) which was actually a wrong order. We wanted Fried Prawn Curry Rice but Hao ticked on the wrong box in the order form. So we ended up ordering a bowl of rice ($2++) to share as well, to compliment the soup.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After the dinner at Japanese Gourmet Town & a movie, we proceeded to White Dog Cafe, also in Vivocity, for desserts.

I had Blue Carribean ($5.90++) which was simply Sprite with blue colouring. It's a good thirst quencher.

Hao had Fudgy Wudgy ($6.90++) which was a very thick chocolate milkshake.

We shared a Warm Chocolate Cake ($5.80++) which wasn't too bad. I was expecting molten chocolate to ooze out when I cut through it but don't have leh.

So yeah, thanks Hao for the wonderful dinner & desserts. I don't mind another free meal when the second pay comes, hahaha.
