It's Mum's birthday & so, Bro & I took her (and Dad, of course) to the famous chic dim sum place - Dim Joy at Neil Road.

The dim sum may not be heavenly good, but it's delicious enough to make me wanna visit again. I'm really impressed with their desserts though. Most importantly, I like the contemporary feel of Dim Joy. It's affordable too, total bill came up to just $61.20.

Waruku at The Heeren's Altitude Dining Level.
JJ's garlic fried rice ($9.80++). Ok lah.
Mz's Curry Udon ($10.80++). Oh the curry taste & smell good.
My Teriyaki Rice Set ($9.00++). Nice, too bad there's no salad to accompany it.

This Fatty Cheong's Wanton Mee ($3) is my family's favourite, bought at a hawker centre opposite Redhill MRT. Just look at the char siew. Best in Singapore man.

Jurong Point's Old Town White Coffee (#03-105/11). By the way, the new Jurong Point is freaking big.
Al's Nasi Redang Chicken ($7.90+) & Iced White Coffee ($2.30+). The coffee was so good that both of us bought a box of their coffee back ($4.20+ for 10 instant packs).
I had their Kaya & Butter Toast ($2+), Omega Boiled Eggs ($1.90+) & Xi Mut Milk Tea ($2+). Not as good as Ya Kun, but defintely better than Toast Box.

When the man is poor, the man eats poor.

This lunch of mine at Harbourfront Centre's Food Junction cost $3.60 nia. It can not only feed me well after a gym session, it's delicious too.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The golden arch's CNY Special - Prosperity Beef Burger ($7.20).

Not bad lah the burger. Had it with Mz & Sh.

Tried out Choctails ($8.90++ each) at Max Brenner again, this time round with E. Sadly, their Choctails tasted so much worse than my previous try. Seems that their quality wasn't consistent. Service has improved tremendously though.
